Enjoy partial ocean views from your penthouse level, 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Zona Romantica. Two blocks from Los Muertos Beach; 1 block from the plaza and Zona's best bars and restaurants. Location is perfect for those who want to enjoy Vallarta's cultural and nightlife. Loft 268 also full service concierge, A/C roof deck and a waterfall in the pool! You'll love it!!!! Other things to Note: The Pool is heated from Nov - April, outside those months the sun does a great job in heating it to a great temperature. \*\* The Loft 268 Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday during the day until 4pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the gym and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available. Outside guests are allowed to visit between 10 am and 10 pm. Must register with the concierge. Building amenities accessible to registered guest. \*\*Smoking Prohibited\*\*\* Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. While you are not on the beach, you can see the ocean.I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The pool is huge and its a perfect place to watch the sunset. The apartment is in the middle of some of PV's best restaurants, bars and nightclubs BUT, the bedroom is in the back of the unit. I found it surprising quiet and had no problem sleeping ##### Tim L.
