Food and Beverage Restrictions: • The hotel does NOT allow food or coolers in its common areas. • Optional: You can purchase a Day Pass to access the hotel's bars and restaurants. Lounge Chairs and Access: • Check-in: Check-in is in the Lobby starting at 3:00 PM. Security guards are instructed to grant access after that time. Rooms are being cleaned between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, so guests cannot be accommodated during these hours. If you need to arrive earlier, please inquire about the Early Check-in option. • Early Check-in (optional): If you wish to check in early, it is available for an additional fee. This option includes buffet breakfast for all occupants and access to the pool until your room is delivered, available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Ask your host about the current promotion. • Late Check-out: Not available. • Reserving lounge chairs is not permitted. Children's Water Park Access Children's water park access costs $3 per day. To access the park, the following conditions must be met: 1\. It is mandatory that one or both parents or guardians be present and supervising children at ALL times within the water park area. 2\.
