This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion. The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. 🤝 Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building to check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away. 🔑Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. 📌Other Things to Note NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) you may experience noise from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. The unit is directly above a very busy corner and bus stop so you have major traffic noise from 7:00 to midnight. This renders the balcony almost useless. The pools on the roof are lovely, but too hot. To cool off you need to use the shower. Once I closed the door it wasn't too bad and I slept very well in that comfortable bed. A great location in the heart of the Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta! Two blocks from Malecon and some of the best restaurants. Condo was ultra clean and modern with a kitchen with all the basics. We loved the roof top pools and the lovely views from the top. Although it's a very busy street, once the door is closed, the condo was quiet and allowed a restful sleep. Lobby staff and management are incredibly kind and helpful. When we come back we would stay here again!
