Relax enjoying the view in one of the condo's 3 private terraces while sipping a glass of wine or your morning Nespresso. Enjoy access to 5 private beach clubs (Including St Regis and El Surf) each one with a different beach experience, view and amenities. Feeling adventurous? While at the beach clubs why not hone your surfing, sailing or paddle boarding skills, all equipment readily available for you and your family to enjoy. After a morning enjoying the beach you can hit the gym, play tennis or take a bike ride or a run on Punta Mita's numerous scenic bike trails, to put an end to a marvelous day indulge on delicious meal cooked by a professional chef or a traditional Mexican cook with out having to leave the condo. PROS\_Modern, updated, upscale decor\_Purified water cooler in kitchen, but you have to pay for the 5gal bottle\_Lovely, quiet pool\_Chips, salsa & guac on arrival!\_Beautiful view, great location\_Great golf and running trails around PM\_Golf cart rental is extra/day but worth it if you don't rent a car\_Good wifi but often doesn't reach to primary bedroom (fine for us)CONS\_Couple maintenance issues with the property. The dishwasher wasn't properly installed so crews came a couple days to fix.\_Air conditioner in the bunk room pumped out a bad smell. Crew came to fix, but just used spray. Smell came back when turned on. We didn't use the bunk room, it was too tight for our teen boys so they slept on the couch.\_We filled out the "pre-arrival" grocery list. Unfortunately the concierge Daniella didn't fulfill our request. We took the golf cart into town and went shopping. She apologized the next morning and offered to shop, but by then we had already gotten our own supplies. Very easy to go to town.\_We also filled out a special celebration request but a cake never came. Totally fine, but just don't bother with the pre-arrival checklist.\_Before check-in, you have to send a copy of your passport to the concierge, for the HOA. The accuracy of the listing was top notch-the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and we had enough space to spread out. It was easy to communicate with Elisa and she was very gracious about an accident we had with the glass cover of her stove. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Tatem R. Concierge and housekeeping were excellent, very attentive, and helped make our vacation very relaxing. This condo has a great location, close to town, tennis, golf and many of the beaches. She had a sweet note and gift for us when’s arrived. She even had beach bags in the closets for us to use! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We are frequent visitors to Punta Mita and booked our most recent trip about a couple days prior to arrival. I was a little nervous, knowing that there is a little bit of preparation involved when arranging past visits. Our trip was fantastic from start to finish. The property manager was super responsive in welcoming us as soon as the condo was booked. Our concierge, Oscar, did an amazing job arranging all of our needs in such a short amount of time. He was attentive and responded promptly to all of our requests. Despite the short notice and the area definitely seeing more visitors compared to the previous October, we were still able to eat at all of our favorite restaurants and the owners were kind to allow us use of their personal golf cart (all available rentals were booked). The condo was decorated very beautifully and very comfortable for our needs. It was my husband and two of our kids and it was just the right amount of space for us to relax in at the end of the day. We had access to all of the club amenities and the beach clubs are all great. Our favorites however, are Pacifico and El Surf Club! The several balconies on the unit were spacious and nice to relax on as well. This visit was also our first since the new Covid testing rules (we haven’t been since last January) and testing within the gates was super easy! My husband and I had some concerns about the testing to get home part, but all of our fears are gone, and we are looking forward to an additional visit in December! There was a fabulous big bowl of fresh handmade guacamole and chips that hit the spot after a day of travel. The location and residence were exactly what we expected and then some. The expansive outdoor area was really nice and we enjoyed our evening margaritas while watching the sunset on many a night. Having use of the golf cart was an added bonus that we were happy to pay a bit more for. Being mobile from the moment we arrived was really nice. We popped down to one of the beach clubs and got our vacation started right away. The residence was clean, well decorated with art and the pay it forward liquor cabinet was another lovely unexpected perk that made us feel like being in a home instead of a hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the daily cleaning service was a real treat. Every day we came back to a tidy home and that added to the relaxation of our stay. The kitchen was fully supplied for all our needs and made daily living seamless, just like we were home. The WiFi was solid and there were no issues even with long zoom business calls. I'm sure there is more that I am missing. The overall experience by all of us that stayed there was a 10 out of 10\. We will be returning here again.
