The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a spacious marble bathroom, and a closet to store all your belongings. No laundry area in this unit. Outside, the shared pool and grill area await, exclusive to just five apartments in the condominium. Whether you're taking a refreshing dip or grilling your favorite meal, relaxation is just a step away. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the pool area. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. NOTE: THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING, PARKING IS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, ON THE STREET. The Neighborhood: We are 2 blocks from Macro Plaza (with local shops, Walmart & Cinemax cinema) and 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Ave (the second largest avenue in the city), where you will find the bus stop and taxis, and 7 blocks from La Comer y Costco. The complex is 8 minutes by car from the beach and 15 minutes by car from the city center, the airport and the bus station. The neighbors are nice local people. For those who like to walk or run, 5 blocks from the condominium is the Riviera del Pitillal, a beautiful place for its nature, typical for this sport. Getting Around: The property is approximately 7 km | 4.3 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is usually about a 15-minute drive. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the street at the complex. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, taxis, and public transportation. Other Things to Note: The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- Please note there's ongoing construction happening. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm. \- The building does not have an elevator. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. \- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00\. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00\. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. \- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. \- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one. \- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in. \- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice. Interaction with Guests: This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code and instructions will be provided before your arrival. It is actually much more spacious than we imagined!Everything came as advertised, and where there were questions or little things to work out we were able to do that with quick and clear communication.
