Incredible apartment equipped with all the comforts just 10 minutes by car from the Puerto Vallarta boardwalk, an iconic area where you will find shops, restaurants of every kind, bars and nightlife, banks, pharmacies and more. We are just 3 minutes from the nearest beach, Las Glorias. You'll have a pool in the condominium, as well as a rooftop with a bbq grill and Wi-Fi in the apartment to keep you connected. We will be happy to welcome you!
Your apartment has:
\-2 spacious bedrooms with bathroom and closet. The master bedroom has a Smart TV.
\-Bathrooms with bath and pool towels and hygiene amenities
\-Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food, snacks and coffee
\-Living room with Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite shows and movies
\-Air conditioning and fans throughout the apartment
\-Shared rooftop with sun loungers, pool and grill with barbecue utensils

We offer you an optional cleaning service during your stay for $450 MXN, and we handle a pet fee of $250 per night, please ask about our requirements to welcome your pet. In case you require a baby cradle, this can be requested in advance.
About your pets one day before arrival you must share:
1\. letter of good health issued by a veterinarian no older than 3 days.
2\. Up to date vaccination card.
3\. Proof of last NexGar pill.

Our neighbors are very important to us. The noise level must be lowered between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, parties are not allowed on the property. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

#### Overall okay
The place was nice, communication and instructions were well, and check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay. The only confusion was the entertainment listing which stated, television and cable/satellite. This gave me the impression that those services were provided, which they weren't. They have an aux cord and we had to program local channels. We could have used more toilet paper but were told that we had to provide our own. The place is pet friendly, which we appreciate it. But overall, with all considerations, it was a comfortable place.
