Very few items to my expectation mostly major cons. I encountered ants in living room and kitchen, despite us being in the 2nd floor. When I stepped on the patio tile water would gush out patio area had improper drainage, very unsafe for elderly and children. Lastly a lizard appeared in my bedroom
