Work hours are generally 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday. During these times you may experience noise and conditions related to this construction. PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations proudly presents The Park Unit 208 which is ideally located in the newest and most sought after location in the Romantic Zone in the old town of Puerto Vallarta. The Park Condominiums which was built in 2014, has an incredible 7th floor rooftop terrace (that was updated in 2022) with 360 degree spectacular views of the Sierra Madre Mountains, the Bay of Banderas and the city of Puerto Vallarta. There is also ample shaded area, a fabulous infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzis, gas grill BBQ, refrigerator with ice maker and small kitchen area. If you would prefer to sit and relax, you can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The building also is equipped with a full size gym area at no extra charge for their guests. The Park Condominiums are literally steps away from some of the finest restaurants, art galleries and nightclubs that Puerto Vallarta offers. This modern condo is just one block from wonderful Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon. Two high speed elevators service The Park, ensuring there is no waiting after a day at the beach or shopping. The Park condominiums also boasts of 24/7 security, purified water with a superior building UV water purification system. The Park Unit 208, located on the 2nd floor of the building, is a 870 sq. ft., 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with air condition and ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would find in the finest of kitchens including a gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, French door refrigerator with water and ice maker - all stainless steel, with granite countertops. There is also a washer and dryer and of course, wireless internet. Living/Dining Room The living room is open concept to the kitchen and opens directly to the south facing spacious balcony. A glass top dining room table seats four and is the perfect spot to take in the view or enjoy a meal or cocktail. The sofa in the living room is also a pull out making this condo comfortable for up to 4 people. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day.
