The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is unique and has a pleasant atmosphere. The free continental breakfast was appealing and satisfying. The pool was refreshing, located on the top floor close to our room entrance. Lighting was romantic and calming.

This was a beautiful property that was unique and different from the usual experience many travelers have when visiting the Dominican Republic and staying in huge resorts. The design of the room and hotel felt like a castle. The view is magnificent and you are embedded in nature all around you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Huge walk in shower! Excellent Wi-Fi speed where I was able to have a zoom call for 75 min with no issues and watch several movies streaming on the TV in the evening. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast made fresh. We saw roosters, dogs and cats and fish on the property. The dogs and cats are tame and allow you to pet them. FYI- there isn't a mini fridge in the room. However you can order from the local colmado and they will deliver juice or soda, snacks, etc to you.

Julia greeted us and we truly felt at home. My husband and were not feeling well -(we got a stomach bug) and she kindly made us a very tasty chicken soup that helped calm our upset stomach. The room was quite spacious and just like the photos. The pool was nice tho I did not use it since it was already past 4 when we arrived and the water was cold. But I am sure to come back in the future. Oh almost forgot to mention, my reservation imcluded breakfast and we were given a very nice menu to choose from for our breakfast the following morning. Don’t hesitate to book this very quiet and welcoming place!!!
