Great Location and View
The description said they do not have a front desk, this is not true. They have a front desk that is manned probably 24 hrs, I can verify until 11:00pm. The entry is on the ground floor, the reception is on the 11th. The hotel is from 6 to 11, but you need a key for any floor other than 11. They spoke good english. Was quick to check in. The area on the 11th also sells a few food dishes, drinks, and some candy type stuff. The view is spectacular over the water and facing the summer sunset. Breakfast is also served here. The room is a standard hotel room, it is a little worn here and there. However the pillows were nice, the shower was hot (not warm like most places in Chile), I'm not sure if I had control of the a/c or not, but I was not too warm. Wifi worked well. Bath was small but nice. Bed was good, medium soft/firm. It is in a great location, airport taxi was 13,000 fixed price.

It has a unique view of the sea. Great breakfast. Ideal location, next to the mall. They don’t offer transfer from/to the airport ☹️

Everything was nice. But I don’t understand why in the hotel confirmation it said there was going to be no one available at the lobby for check in. It unnecessarily forced me to have to call from Argentina

Very large rooms with wall to wall windows overlooking the bay. The unfortunate thing is that it’s hidden in a large building housing also a large shopping mall, in a high traffic coastal road, making the access hard to find. Take their shuttle to make things easier.

Amazing views and close to everything
So pleased to arrive and find helpful staff at the front desk. And the room was clean and luxurious, with amazing views of the waterfront. The hotel offers simple food options during the day and a free breakfast each morning. The bus terminal is within view, so it is easy to get from here to anywhere.

The size of the room is great. The bathroom is also large and includes a closet area inside the bathroom to hang your coats and store your suitcase. The views from the room are amazing. I like how I could open the windows in the room. The breakfast was nice.

My room needed a major upgrade. The bathroom was pretty gross as the walls and floor were gritty torn. There was a lot of tears in the wood and cracks in the walls.

An excellent hotel, fully up to Holiday Inn standards. The location is superb; on the seafront with a splendid view over the bay, yet very close to the town centre.

The convenient location, helpful staff, secure underground parking, great shopping mall below and the great bonus that, when traveling for an extended period of time, you are able to use the laundry room at a very reasonable cost.

Astonishing view, good service.
Absolutely astonishing view from the room and the lounge. Very good breakfast buffet. Ceilings are a bit low but this is Chile. Bed and television were a touch on the well-used side. Lovely service. Parking is a pain in the ass, you have to navigate the areas for the large mall that shares a building with the hotel before you get to the Holiday Inn lot. Seriously, though, that view.

Excellent location to stay. Hotel is well appointed and the staff are very friendly. Car parking is on site and free. Access to a large shopping mall is through a connecting door. GPS did not like the adress so I would suggest getting coordinates before driving there.

Great location but needs maintenance!
Love the location of this hotel but it needs some serious maintenance. Stain on carpet, marked and torn wallpaper and the window seek is gone so very noisy! Great location for shopping though.

Stayed here for one night after disembarking a cruise ship. The hotel and staff were very good, but the carpets in the common areas and room were very stained and soiled, in need of a good cleaning or replacement.

Good location
What a fantastic view of the sea from bedroom (well worth the extra) view amazing at breakfast which was a lovely buffet. Great location and has a taxi stance outside. Not far from modern airport. Only complaint was need for a credit card deposit when I had already paid .

Nice views of Puerto Montt water front
Hotel staff was very friendly, and the ocean view was great. We were treated to a wonderful view of the crescent moon setting over Puerto Montt. Parking took a bit for driving around to find as it is not directly outside of the lobby entrance. You have to drive around the block to a side street and look for an underground garage.

Great place to wait for your cruise ship
Missed our Princess Cruise embarkation from Santiago due to flight cancellation. Caught up here in Puerto Montt. Hotel went out of their way to help us connect with our tour and get on the Emerald Princess. Great staff.

Heavenly view of the ocean from the Hotel
Excellent customer service. I booked the hotels and knew it was close to the ocean. But it was even better when I got there. Wow! the 11th floor has a killer view I watched the the sun rise and sunset from my from and had to pinch myself to make sure I was not in a dream. Beautiful hotel! Wonderful and courteous staff. Will highly recommend

It's good located, connected to the Mall (awesome), the brakfast is simple, but good enought. The orange juice it's terrible... The staff excellent and very kind... I love this hotel.

Nice hotel for couples and business travelers
The atmosphere was really nice, the hotel was amazingly located right beside the coast road and with an amazing ocean view. I really like the room. The fitness area wasn't good enough, but the sauna did the deal. The breakfast was cool, but the cafeteria wasn't that good for the rest of the meals. It's an excellent choice if you want to go to the city and walk around for a bit, or just in town for business, because it is really in the middle of downtown.

The management turned out to be very courteous when it came to rebooking my original booking. It took a while, because someone else was involved, but when the management was inforemd the service was excellent. Very good and helpful.

Great hotel on the ocean front.
Very pleasant hotel situated on the ocean front next to the mall. Check in on the 11 th floor. No bar but alcohol available. Clean rooms convenient to everything. Good free parking available. Good breakfast. Dinner at the fish market interesting as the fish is bought from the fish mongers as it is ordered in the restaurant & someone runs over to purchase it before it can be cooked. The wait was a little longer in the restaurant because the fish was so fresh.
