Beautiful property with ocean view rooms and hammocks in the balcony. Unfortunately the nights were pretty loud due to the Karaoke bar in front of the hotel.

Good location but there is a disco bar nearby, open just 4 months ago, and the music is very loud from 10 to 2 am. They warn you when you check in . There is no TV, the breakfast is average. The workers are very friendly, room was very clean.

Budget hotel in Zicatela. It was a great stay

Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming. The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again

The hotel is well located and clean. The problem is the staff. The receptionist (a guy in the afternoon) was very disrespectful and dishonest. My group of tourists arrived at the hotel in the evening, already tired from the trip. The receptionist made my group pay for an extra room unnecessarily. The reservation was already made and paid for. When I spoke on the phone with the receptionist, he was dishonest, rude, and racist. He did not have the courtesy to apologize to my group. A regrettable situation.

Affordable no frills in a good location if you want to be close to the action. The staff was the brightest spot of my stay. It’s a cute, charming property but the rooms, especially the bathrooms could use some updating.

The staff were attentive when there was water on the floor by the refrigerator. The room was clean but dated. (Bedsheets for curtains!?). The noise level on the street outside the hotel was unbearably loud all night long.

Recomiendo mucho este hotel, tiene buena ubicación, la atención es muy buena, y el desayuno muy rico. Quiero decir que nos decepcionó un poco que al principio nos comentaron que no teníamos tele, pero ya con el paso de nuestras vacaciones la verdad ni se necesito, las camas siempre limpias, con el balcón y una vista a la playa, aire acondicionado, todo muy lindo, sin duda regresaremos!

Excelente atención, personal muy amable. La ubicación ideal para cuando quieres ir a la playa sin caminar mucho, prácticamente cruzas la calle y ya estás, en esa zona no es recomendable meterse al mar, pero es un espectáculo ver a los surfistas, el desayuno está rico

Es un lugar rústico. Las habitaciones que tienen vista al mar tienen un balcón muy coqueto y muy bonito para pasar una velada romantica. Algo que hay que tener en cuenta es que está en Zicatela y se escucha música a todas horas de la noche. Pero eso te lo advierten desde antes de pagar. La entrada no se ve tan bien. Pero ya estando adentro es un lugar bonito. El desayuno que ofrece el hotel, está sencillo pero llenador y la atención que brinda Emiliano en el restaurante es excelente. Una sugerencia que agreguen hielos para el agua natural.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Arcoíris fue muy buena. La ubicación es uno de sus mayores atractivos: está prácticamente frente a la playa y muy cerca de restaurantes, comercios y otros servicios, lo que hace muy cómodo recorrer la zona. Además, el desayuno incluido fue un excelente detalle. También agradecemos que nos permitieran hacer el early check-in sin ningún inconveniente, lo que hizo nuestra llegada mucho más cómoda. Si bien las instalaciones no son nuevas y en algunos espacios se nota el paso del tiempo, el hotel se encuentra bien cuidado y esto no afectó en absoluto nuestra estancia. En conjunto, ofrece una muy buena relación entre ubicación, servicio y comodidad. Sin duda, es una opción recomendable para hospedarse en Puerto Vallarta.

El hotel es muy bello, la ubicación excepcional. Lo único que es una lástima es que el restaurante no siga funcionando todo el día, la vista desde ese lugar es la mejor de Zicatela y solo se usa para el desayuno. Antes sí tenia servicio y sobre todo la cena era muy linda, por la puesta del sol.
