Staff were always friendly & ready to help. Rooms were spacious with en suites & tv. & I enjoyed relaxing by the pool at the end of each day & dipping in to cool off. It’s not the most luxurious hotel in the world & breakfast is basic, but what would you expect for £209 for 6 nights over new year. If you want 5\* star facilities & treatment go & pay £200 per night at one of the more luxurious hotels nearby, I struggle to believe some of the negative reviews I read here before I stayed. It is probably the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The hotel was about a 10 min walk to the Charles Darwin research center security checkpoint and stores/dining options. The hotel appeared to be understaffed. No one at the lobby in the morning so we had to leave your room key with the kitchen lady at checkout. Open building concept with lots of natural light and fresh air.
