they sent someone to clean my room with my permission I got about 1500 pesos on my bed they took it, that’s really disrespectful to me

Teach those desk clerks customer service
Hotel entrance is under construction had to walk thru the gas station and broken floor tiles to get in the hotel. Desk clerk does not seem eager to check in guest too busy on her cell phone talking. She seemed mad because we interrupted her personal call. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Road noise is all night.

Hotel excutive heat did not work the first night. We were changed of room around 1AM. new room water in sink did not work, was repair next day. Bathroom shower lack through cleaning. Hair was visible in shower and next to toilet. However, front desk personnel where extremely helpful to our needs.

Great location, everything within 20 minutes. Hotel staff seemed shady, found our window open after returning. Staff did not seem to care if we left the "do not disturb" sign as they made their way in a couple of times. I would not recommend this place unless you are budgeting and can lock your stuff away

breakfast is NOT free. A very limited limited American breakfast is included. Includes the following: Mini sugared donuts. mini croissant unlimited scrambled eggs, juice and a mini roll. No toast, no bacon, no sausage, no pancakes, a toast machine but no sliced bread. our reservation was 2 adults and two children. but only one child was free. so the description is misleading at best.

The hotel was good overall, except for the fact that we had to wait three days for an iron. Loved the fact that everything was close by, food, stores, restaurants and the Central bus station were very accessible.

Bring Ear Plugs, great for connection on a Bus.
The rooms have paper thin walls, the YOUTH who were drinking in the next room, didn;t settle down until 5 30 in the morning. Probably wasn;t the fault of the hotel, we called security, they asked them to pipe down, but they never did chill. About 6 30 they finally went to sleep, and it was time for us to get up. A bad night.

I would recommend this hotel
Easy to get to if you are driving or arriving by bus *right across the street from the central bus terminal). Structure is newly remodeled and focused on "business class" travelers. Choose the breakfast plan to be included: it's a morning buffet and well worth it. Staff is friendly and useful specially regarding visits and sightseeing in the region.

Está muy bonito el hotel, es muy limpio, cerca de varios restaurantes y comercio sobre todo de venta de ropa y zapatos. No doy 5 estrellas por dos motivos, no es recomendable salir de noche a pasear cerca del hotel y la comida del restaurante no me gustó está desabrida, le falta sal y las opciones son escasas.

El baño tiene instalaciones viejas y por consecuencias fugas de agua , los azulejos.se notan viejos ynsarrosos las cortinas de.la.unica.ventana no eran de au medida excedian y por lo tanto se.colgaban por tanto peso

Todo bien , principalmente el personal y más una chica rubia de recepción , es un gusto ir a verla . Pero la alberca fue una terrible decepción por que el agua estaba sucia, y ni de broma se me ocurrió nadar .
