Viajamos de fin de semana y nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, habitación pequeña pero cómoda y con todo lo indispensable, servicio, atención y limpieza muy bueno, hotel cerca de todo sin necesidad de coche, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar en este hotel en nuestra siguiente visita

La ubicación excelente, personal fatal, de hecho pagamos persona extra por 3 noches, NO se quedó y no nos quieren reembolsar, el cuarto obscuro, muy pequeño, la tv se ve mal, el agua caliente se va, los blancos corrientes, MUY MAL. Necesito ayuda con el reembolso por favor

La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras de la pirámide y justo en el centro donde hay mucho movimiento, restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas pero no llegan a ser incómodas; al ser un hotel pequeño, muchas cosas extra como servicio de SPA y room service son limitados en cuanto a horarios, además de que los ruidos se escuchan con facilidad.

Buena habitación, pasillo muy ruidoso

Muy buena atención, la habitación limpia y los servicios funcionan bien, lo único malo fue al otro día temprano, se escucha todo lo qué pasa en los pasillos, risas, platicas en voz alta, ¡eso me despertó!

The only thing we didnt like was that we were told we would have breakfast but when we got downstairs they said no breakfast and we couldn't check in a little eariler but beside that everything else was good

Great hotel, just don’t eat there!

If you book online through hotels.com or any other site, just go eat somewhere else. Don’t waste your time eating here because you will not get a special rate on their basic breakfast buffet style unless you booked with them direct. I booked two rooms for 4 days and 3 nights btw.

El cuarto es muy pequeño, mi reserva eran dos camas matrimoniales y me dieron una diferente con cama king. La regadera muy sucia y descuidada. No hay ventanas donde entre el sol o puedas ver hacia la cuidad, solo son paredes. No hay estacionamiento y para dejar el vehículo es en una pensión que uno debe pagar.
