It also overlooks Saint-Michel Bay and its chapel. Imagine: in just 5 minutes, you can dive and swim in the lake, go down to the dock at the Nautical Base, try the adventure course at Serre-Ponçon Aventure, or even take a lesson in water skiing, wakesurfing or foiling with the team from Nautic-B. You can also rent a boat to explore the waters. In winter, the house is just 20 to 35 minutes away from the ski resorts of Réallon, Crévoux, Les Orres, or Ancelle. This house is ideal for family vacations. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people plus a young child, spread over two levels with 115 m2 of space. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with an American-style kitchen, and an outdoor terrace equipped with a large teak table for convivial meals. You will also enjoy a lawn, a large gas plancha, a ping-pong table, and a darts game. There is a large heated swimming pool of 10 x 5 m with outdoor amenities for sunbathing or shade. The night sky is amazing in this region, perfect for stargazing! A washing machine is at your disposal, and household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is provided. Parking for 2 vehicles is available, but there is no charging station for electric vehicles. The view is breathtaking: the deer at dawn in the field across, the mirror-like reflections of the lake, or the sunsets over the water and mountains are enough to fill you with happiness and serenity. It's also an ideal place for hiking, whether on foot, by road bike, or by mountain bike. Contact us by email for more information. The house is less than 5 minutes by car from the lake (as the crow flies, less than 500 m), so you may hear traffic noise. La maison est située dans un village en balcon tout près de la baie Saint Michel. La maison est vraiment parfaite. Toutes les pièces sont bien équipées. Il y a vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons tout de même utilisé le lit voyage que nous avions emporté pour notre fille de 2ans car elle aurait su sortir du lit enfant mais nous avons été ravis de découvrir la barrière au-dessus des escaliers. Il y a également une chaise haute. La literie est confortable. Les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse, de la table de ping-pong et de la grande piscine chauffée. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et le calme de la propriété. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique région! Nous retiendrons également la sympathie, la gentillesse,la flexibilité et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Das Highlight war der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Umgebung mit dem See und den Bergen bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden, wandern und sonstige Ausflüge. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, zugänglich und um das Wohl von uns Gästen bemüht. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist grundsätzlich ruhig, allerdings hört man im Garten den Verkehr auf der Schnellstrasse. Um zum See zu gelangen, muss diese überquert werden, was für uns zu Fuss resp. mit dem Fahrrad und den Kindern zu gefährlich war. Équipements intérieurs et extérieurs au top. Tout le confort qu’on pouvait espérer nous l’avons eu. Et cette vue… sur la montagne et sur le Lac… quel bonheur. La nature dans toute son ampleur des aigles à l’état sauvage survolent régulièrement le site. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir et le coin ombragé de profiter de l’extérieur en restant à l’ombre.
