Perfect for two!

We had a great time staying here for our third and likely final visit, during my teen’s stay at the nearby Heritage Spark Academy. The property and location is beautiful and had everything we needed.

Great place up on a hill in Provo

This was my second stay. Everything I need is here, and it is very comfortable. The views from the location are amazing. It is close to Riverwoods shopping and restaurants, Heritage School where my child is attending, and Sundance.

Home away from home😊

This unit was perfect for my husband and me. The large kitchen was great, as was the cozy feel of the entire unit. We enjoyed staying there, which was close to our local family. Brooke was kind and available whenever I called or texted with a question or need.

Easy place to stay

Super easy to stay here. Convenient to BYU. Host was kind and responsive. Apartment is new and clean. It is above the garage of the hosts home. Some noise but nothing serious.

Simply the best

This property is exactly as advertised with a great location that provides easy reach to all that Utah has to offer. We used this as a home base for a combo of remote work and fun. Highly recommend.

Cute, bright, and comfortable

The owner’s property is beautiful. The Vrbo apartment is at top of a garage. There are approximately 15 steps from front door to top of stairs into the apartment. When entering the apartment, I loved seeing a spacious kitchen with counter and stools. The living room has a double-date couch that fit my husband and I and our son and daughter in-law at movie time. The bedroom has a ceiling fan that was perfect during hot summer temperatures; the room was nice and cool. Gratefully, the owners were kind to loan us a fold-up table and chairs so that we could have a Sunday dinner at a table with our guests. In other places we’ve rented, they were a little better equipped in the kitchen; for the most part this one had basic essentials, minus frying pans and a few other items. Whatever other items we needed we borrowed from our dinner guests. Im sure most renters don’t cook much, but for those who plan to cook (thus reason for not staying in hotel); you may want to ask the owner ahead of time if they have the items you need in the kitchen to cook the meals you’ve planned during your stay. Overall experience was very nice, bright, and comfortable.

Amazing place!

We rented Brookes apartment for 6 nights while our daughter was at EFY. The apartment is beautifully decorated, perfectly located and very comfortable. One reviewer remarked on it being loud because the apartment is attached to the main home. We only heard the kids on the Sunday we were there and it was short lived and (having kids ourselves) kind of a joyful noise. We didn’t find that it interfered with our stay at all. We visit Utah once a year and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect!

This space is very clean, well done and comfortable. It fit our needs to a T. Brooke was very responsive and accommodating. My only complaint is the lack of quiet in the morning and the evening.... with the young family sharing a wall. It felt more like a hotel in that sense. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Provo Place

After a long ten hour drive, we arrived at this beautiful apartment! We had great directions and a code to let ourselves in, and found a chocolate chip cookie and an immaculate and charming place to stay. It is in a great neighborhood and I enjoyed being able to head out for a walk and enjoy the view of Provo. I highly recommend staying here!
