A beautiful apartment located in a Greek Revival home at 5 Cottage Street ( Norse Wall House ) in the West End. The apartment is just steps to town, restaurants and the beach, but is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by lovingly maintained homes and gardens. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom located on the second floor has a queen-sized bed, a private master bathroom and a separate entrance with private deck. The other bedroom located on the first floor ( *both bathrooms are on 2nd floor ) has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are very private. The common bathroom has a shower and washer/dryer. The living room and kitchen have great views of Provincetown harbor, Long Point Lighthouse and the tip of the cape. The living room is large with restored mid-century sectional sofa, a desk, hidden Flat screen 40' TV with DVD/VCR. Wireless internet connection. The kitchen has a full range, large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a large garden with marble table and PARKING avail for one car. 2nd parking space can be arranged upon request..
The amazing natural light is very clear form this apartment , especially in the early morning and late afternoon

Great location and hosts!

Great 2-week stay! The unit was clean and exactly as described. Well appointed kitchen (though we didn't cook much). The hosts were great and had everything ready for check-in plus easy communication throughout. We love the West End so the location was ideal with proximity to the Ptown Inn, Red Inn, Victor's, Relish, Sal's, and beach access (~0.75 miles) but closer to town than the far west West End.

Wonderful spot for a getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of space to spread out, with a kitchen and living room area that was super comfortable to hang out in. WiFi signal was strong and bandwidth was sufficient for multiple video calls while we finished up some work on Friday. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Amazing Stay!

The house was a perfect mix of vintage Cape Cod charm and modern conveniences, and it was ideally located on the West End, close to all of our favorite places. We especially loved the views of the water from the living room. Richard was a fabulous host as well -- Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Ptown Rental

My husband and I go to Ptown often and this was our favorite rental yet. The space is open, it was super clean and it just felt really good. It’s close to some of our favorite restaurants and it was a bonus to have the side yard as another place to sit and spend time. It’s also very well air conditioned and has laundry machines. The view of the water from the living room made it exceptional. Richard and Peter were both super communicative, very warm and lovely in every way. We will definitely return.

The Perfect Retreat

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Richard and Peter's property for the week. They were extremely friendly, check-in/check-out was a breeze, and they were readily available for any questions that arose. The house was impeccable, clean, and the location was perfect -- the photos were spot-on! There was ample space for us to lounge, enjoy the weather, have dinner and wine with friends, and just get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I cannot wait to stay there again on future visits. Truly a wonderful experience.

Lovely Stay In PTown

Our host Richard greeted us for a walk-through when we arrived, and he lives next door so by the end of the weekend, he (and his adorable golden retriever) just felt like a neighbor you wave hello to. It was chilly the weekend we were there, so my only regret is not being able to utilize the large outdoor space with grill. Next time! One logistical note is that both bathrooms are on the upper level, so anyone sleeping in the entry-level bedroom will have to come upstairs, but that was no issue whatsoever for us.

Provincetown fun

Really enjoyed our stay in P-town. We could walk anywhere from this property. Great restaurants and we brought our bikes as it is a perfect town for biking. The path through the sand dunes at the nearby park is beautiful!

Great off-season stay!

We had a fantastic February week in Ptown. Everything about the property was as-described and the hosts were generous and communicative. Great/ideal location on the west end, super charming house. Would absolutely come to stay again.

Great two bedroom in great location.

A great two bedroom unit in a great location on the west end of Provincetown. Richard is so easy to work with. The unit was very clean. The view of the west end and water from the kitchen are great. There is a nice desk in the ground level bedroom that I used daily. It’s in front of a windows. It was fun to work and watch people walk by. The living room is a great space. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which was a nice addition.

Great location and clean, updated space.

The layout of the condo offers nice privacy for all parties with master bedroom upstairs and second small bedroom downstairs. The bathrooms are spacious and the living area is very comfortable. It was extremely hot this past week, there was only a/c in the bedroom so we suggest owner puts ones in main living room.

Beautiful apartment and great location, the owners are very friendly and responsive.

The apartment is great for a couple or friends sharing, large kitchen, very spacious living room, water view, and beautiful garden with grill and table. The owners live next door and were very accommodating, so overall a terrific vacation, already have plans to rent from them again next year.
