This modern three bedroom villa with private swimming pool is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a stunning complex in the famous area of Pernera. Very spacious, this villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. It is well-equipped, furnished to the highest standards offering everything required for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. On a lower level is large living area which one wall is completely replaced with sliding doors to allow light and convenient exit to cosy veranda and swimming pool. There are three generous size bedrooms and family bathroom on the upper level.

Jolie villa dans un agréable quartier loin de l'agitation

Vous aimerez cette villa spacieuse, bien agencée et assez bien équipée. Cependant, il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains et c'est difficile de se laver après une journée de plage, pour tous les occupants de la maison. Il faut aussi penser à activer à l'extérieur le moteur pour pomper l'eau sinon vous n'avez pas de pression. Il faut plus d'adaptateurs pour les prises car elles sont chypriotes ! Deux c'est insuffisant pour charger les téléphones la nuit. La piscine est petite mais bien suffisante et l'eau était vraiment très très chaude en cette canicule de juillet 2022 : pics de température à 40 degrés Celsius. Du coup, elle se vidait et il fallait la remplir chaque soir. Le plus ennuyeux était qu'elle n'était pas propre, le fond était jonché de pailles, de déchets non identifiables dans le filtre et le liner était glissant de micro algues. Il vous faudra, par contre, une voiture pour aller vous restaurer ou aller à la plage. Attention à ne pas jeter le papier wc dans les toilettes, c'est interdit à Chypre.

Hello, we enjoyed staying at your house very much. Some topics could be optimized for other customers: - no email/ information with locationof the house/ access code to key available upon arrival. 3 different house locations sent via email before arrival, none of them giving exact position of MADISON house. - official keyholder adress (interhome summary) not correct - Email from 22/04/29 stating "vila Madison ist not available anymore, please accept Villa Ekaterini" was confusing. Everybody was expecting villa ekaterini as our stay. - bad floor cleanliness - pool-filter cover missing/ defect --> children falling into filter when running above - some general cleaning agents/ extra toiletpaper/ garbage bags would have been good Everything else was fine - thank you.

A very nice and quiet house

There is a lot to be said in favour of the house: location at the end of a quiet street, design of the house, wonderful terrace, easy-going service if you needed help. The downside: it certainly needs some renovation, it is not particularly well-equipped, e.g two working bed-side lamps for three rooms, its location in a kind of housing estate with neighbours quite close. We, however, had a wonderful fortnight.

Value for price totally unbalance

The villa is too old for paying 275 euros for 3 nights. The white type shutters of the living area were discusting, curtains very old and color was looking like old and dirty, sofa was not comfortable and no way 6 people would have been able to sit on the sofa in the living room together... Very quiet area and easy access...

We had a really great time in a wonderful residence with a fantastic swimming pool, which especially our children loved. Very quiet place, shopping opportunities nearby. Would totally recommend.

Quiet location - good for families, but uncomfortable beds

Pros: Good and quiet location. Good option for families. Cons: Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making sleep a bit of a challenge. Some repairs needed (e.g. bathroom window). TV was frequently freezing.

Villa Madison Stay

The house is in a good location close to amenities and sea, but you will need a car as the heat will not allow for a long walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable but needs some minor maintenance. The customer service was excellent as minor issues with house equipment were resolved in no time at all. Value for money
