"The office chair was broken one of the wheels was missing and had dried paint on the chair. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall on both sides."

"the room was updated and felt very clean. the bathroom was a little worn but fine. the biggest complaint is minor- the in room coffee maker struggled and the supplies for it were very sparse."

"Clean room but fireplace didn't work, heating/air wouldn't turn on. I think we got the reject room if the place. With the cost so high, I was very disappointed. If the tub wasn't fantastic, we would have just gone home."
