AH House promises a stunning and unforgettable experience. Enjoy panoramic views from the outdoor patio, and take advantage of the boat ramp, dock, and fire pit to fully unwind.

Looking for something the kids will enjoy? This home comes with two kayaks, a SUP and an Arcade machine loaded with 14 games from Pac-Man to Galaga, to Dig Dug!

The 2 bed 1 bath home has plenty of room for family and friends to relax and unwind and can comfortably accommodate up to five people. The fully stocked kitchen provides the opportunity to cook up your favorite meals or pamper yourself with a french press coffee. Unforgettable memories are sure to be made here!

Guest Amenities – Add on features for guests looking to save time and hassle at the lake.
To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood can be found at the Station 2 in Prosperity, right near Dreher Island!
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towels: We do not provide these but these can be found at the Lowes Foods in Chapin, or the Walmart in Newberry.

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
If you have any questions or would like to add any amenities to your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help make your visit unforgettable! 🌊✨

The setting is in a prime location on the lake with a view that made us stay on the porch most of the day. The cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family. It's just the right size. We wish we stayed a little longer than three nights and cannot wait to return to this beautiful property.

This property is definitely named correctly because the views are amazing! Listening to the water against the shoreline, watching sunrises and sunsets, and just enjoying the quiet peaceful location made it the perfect long weekend getaway for us. We will definitely be back!

Right on the water!!

We LOVED our stay in this little house. It’s right on the water so we felt so serene looking at the water, whether we were inside, on the screened in porch, or sitting down by the waters edge! The location is quiet and peaceful. Ourbdoodle, Betty White, loved the screened in porch for napping and watching boats! We will definitely go back!

as always had a great time at the Ahh , great view from the porch in the evenings , only suggestion I could even suggest is to put cleats on the right side of the dock coming back from Martins one evening wind was blowing in very hard and docking the boat was a little bit of a challenge but we managed it fine . thanks again we had a great time

My wife an I stayed here with our 3 small children (6, 4 & 2). The kids had their own room and there was plenty to keep them busy. They really enjoyed the pac-man machine before bed and I couldn't get them off the kayaks/paddle boards throughout the day. We brought our own boat and dropped it into the water using the boat ramp in the back of the house. If you have a boat larger than 20' or so, there are public boat ramps around that you could drop in and drive over to the dock. We left our boat tied to the private dock all weekend without any issue. It was in a great location on the lake and we really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future.

Super cute and quaint place to stay. I had everything I needed. The view is beautiful. It is very quiet and peaceful. There is so much property, which was surprising, so you have privacy. I will definitely book again.

Cute cottage on the lake

Great location just a few minutes away by boat to Martins Landing - bigger water, so tethering the boat during high winds can be difficult if your not experienced. Cottage had everything that you expect in a rental - clean sheets, decent towels, even extra paper products - nice! A lot of stairs to traverse to get in, so for the older folks, a bit of a tough go, but otherwise fine. Recommend for anyone looking to Kayak or Paddle Board (easy launch from yard). Thanks for a memorable trip!

All about the view

The porch is what makes this place so special! We ate on the porch, watched the boats go by, watched the sunsets and watched the storms roll in at night! Second to the porch was my husband playing Pac Man and reminiscing of his glory days at the bowling alley playing Pac Man!! Great, relaxing week!

Short trip to new area

This lake house is a typical lake house. Awesome water access, sunsets/sunrises. You will spend most of your time ideally outside enjoying the views and using their amenities! The kayaks are more for children/ small adults. Property managers/ owners are helpful and responsive which is A++. However, cleanliness was lower than expected and we had cleaned before we left and at arrival. Please remember you’re essentially on the water and a few bugs are normal, seems like the area is treated. The little lake house is everything you need otherwise.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute little house for a long weekend. It was all that we needed! The kitchen was well equipped. The view was fabulous! We enjoyed the kayaks and firepit very much. This place is great for a couple or small family.
