« The property is new - only opened for 3 months. The hallway air fresheners are overwhelming to the point of toxicity. You are eating and tasting the smell. That can be poisonous to some with the chemicals in those things. The cleaning staff is doing a minimum job - in one of our rooms, the bottles in the shower were empty (this hotel uses the larger locked bottles for body soap, shampoo and conditioner which I do think is smart and nice, but they then need to be checked and filled). « The property was in ok condition. There was mildew around the seal on the tub. The rest of the room was ok. The public spaces were a little run down with half ass repairs here and there. The breakfast was ok - it's a typical hotel breakfast with the addition of cooked to order eggs. The hotel requires both a copy of your photo ID and they take a photo of you upon check in. This was not disclosed at booking, but be aware of this. »

« This place was filthy, and since I rushed during completing my reservation, I didn’t notice the smoking rooms, so our room was a smoking room and was filthy, random hairs and stink bugs everywhere. It was horrible. »
