Jul 30, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Lovely place and location The pool is lovely, the only downside was that there is no WiFi although we managed to get mobile signal most of the time. It's 10 minutes from Sarlat-le-Caneda which has a stunning old town, it's also 15 minutes from some beautiful gardens, under 30 minutes to several stunning villages built into the cliffs, and an hour away from the absolutely stunning Rocamadour. There are plenty of caves if you enjoy that, Domme is within half an hour, and there are also quite a few options within 30 minutes to hire a canoe down the Dordogne which is a lovely way to see all the castles and villages on the river. There is also a very large supermarket on the edge of Sarlat-le-Caneda 10 minutes away and a local butcher and store that sells bread etc. Overall a lovely place to stay and very well positioned. If you're English you should be aware the communication with the hosts is all in French. But I used Google translate and communicated via text and it was not a problem. ##### Robin H. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables, aucun vis à vis. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil d'Aurore avec de très bons conseils sur la région ainsi que les sympathiques attentions des propriétaires. Il ne manque rien dans cette petite maison, tout est conforme à la description. Un miroir un peu plus grand serait appréciable, mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter. Rien à voir avec la location mais restez prudent, il y a beaucoup de monde du côté de Sarlat et nous avons ramené la covid avec nous. Grande piscine pour notre usage unique, grand jardin pour la fraîcheur, belle terrasse pour les déjeuners, diners et farniente, il n'y a vraiment que le temps, maussade et bien frisquet le matin, qui n'a pas été au top sur cette quinzaine. Tres jolie petite maison type studio, superbe accueil d'Aurore avec de très bon conseil sur la région.Visite du goufre de Padirac, Rocamadour et Beynac a faire impérativement ( balade sur la Dordogne en gabare). L'accueil et la réactivité de la gérante Aurore est fort appréciable. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables, pas de vis à vis. Encore merci ! La location avec son jardin et sa piscine a énormément de charme. Séjour très agréable dans un village, au calme : maisonnette très bien conçue, joliment décorée, avec la piscine totalement privative. Le titre est évocateur de ce que nous avons ressenti, nous avions besoin de calme et de sérénité et nous avons tout trouvé sur place. Un accueil chaleureux et convivial, une maisonnette originale, simple et efficace. Une localisation idéale, à nous Sarlat, Figeac, Lascaux et bien d'autres lieux ... Une très jolie piscine à notre usage exclusif, bref, nous avons trouvé notre "Eden".
