Ice machine run with extension cord-fire hazard! Put in room air conditioning did not work, found out it was marked not use, but service put us there any ways, requested new room.advertised as having a pool havent had pool for 3 years.very disaappointing Expedia did not update their info. Would never stay in the conditions again.

We reserved a suite online and then showed up to find out that the room we reserved wasn’t actually available. We were given a different room instead and told that there were 2 queen beds and then went to the room and found out that they were only double beds instead of queen. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool and weren’t told until we got there that the pool was closed.

The website shows a pool and breakfast. Pool is closed and the changed the breakfast buffet to a muffin and banana. The place is very run down and looks like no updates have been made in years.

The man who checked us in was great. We had to stay due to a surgery planned for 545am but because we were from a closeish town owner had put in new policy that people from my town couldn't stay, thankfully they allowed us to stay.
