"Sistemazione molto originale, location strategica per un soggiorno in Alta Langa, proprietari molto disponibili e attenti. La "tana" è pulita e ben fornita, richiede un minimo di adattabilità, ma l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. La hot tub (a pagamento, ma con bottiglia di vino e stuzzichini compresi nel prezzo) è raccomandata."

"Absolutely lovely hotel in a stunningly restored Renaissance palazzo. We booked for one night and ended up staying three nights. Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....

Felicin - Palazzo Boeri Panoramic Suites

Felicin - Palazzo Boeri Panoramic Suites

8/10 Good
"The property is in a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the mountains and the valleys.absolutely stunning.! Having a glass of wine at sunset was a real experience. The room was very large. With 2 bathrooms. The staff was awesome. Unfortunately the room was also dirty. Lots of stink bugs flying around, spider webs and showers that were built a while ago with water damage showing. We loved the property. But the rooms need a deep cleaning."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Priero?
The best area to stay in Priero is within the historic centre of the town itself.

This area is centred around the Piazza della Chiesa and the ancient Priero Castle, offering a charming, traditional Italian village experience. The streets are narrow and winding, superb for leisurely strolls, and you'll find local shops selling regional produce, a few trattorias, and the main church. It's an excellent base for exploring the local culture and enjoying the peaceful pace of life.

Couples looking for a romantic and authentic Italian getaway will find the historic centre particularly appealing. The quiet evenings, the opportunity to dine at family-run restaurants, and the chance to simply relax and enjoy the scenery make it an ideal choice for a memorable trip.

For those who wish for a bit more space and perhaps a more modern accommodation option while still being close to the town, the immediate outskirts of Priero offer villas and agriturismos. These typically provide stunning views of the surrounding Piedmontese hills and vineyards, often with amenities such as swimming pools and private gardens.
When is the best time to go to Priero?
The best time to go to Priero is during the spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) months.

Spring in Priero offers pleasant temperatures, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C, making it ideal for exploring the rolling hills and vineyards of Piedmont. The countryside is lush and green, with wildflowers in bloom, superb for scenic drives or gentle walks. This period is particularly good for couples looking for a romantic getaway, as the wineries are less crowded than in late summer, allowing for more intimate tasting experiences.

Autumn, from September to October, is another excellent time to visit. The weather remains mild, usually between 10°C and 20°C, and the landscape transforms with the vibrant colours of the changing leaves. This season is particularly appealing to food and wine enthusiasts, as it coincides with the grape harvest and truffle season.

Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. If free cancellation is available, you can cancel directly through your Expedia account by logging in, going to "My Trips", and selecting your reservation. How much is the nightly rate at a Priero hotel?

All sorts of factors affect price, such as the time of year or the days of the week you choose for your stay.
