« Oh my sweet mother of snap was this a disaster. They don't mention on the website they are undergoing massive renovations on EVERY floor, (which by the way are sorely needed). You have to work your way around construction materials and crew to get to your room. When we went in to my mothers room it smelled like R Kelly had a party there. « Overall a nice place to stay. 1st night toilet in original room did not work. Employees transferred us to another room quickly. Thank you for that. The 2nd room the water pressure in shower was very low, refrigerator did not work, and the TV kept disconnecting from shows. All the negative was no biggie. Just wanted to give review for improvement. Again overall very nice staff and convenience of stores and restaurants around made up for other stuff needing improvement. »

« The property is extremely run down and not at all what I would consider a clean or comfortable stay. The room had a very strong and unpleasant plug-in fragrance smell that seemed to be covering up other odors. The pillows smelled heavily of body odor, the white towels were stained and the dye from the blue towels ran when wet.
The bathroom and shower area need much better cleaning and maintenance. There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling, soap stains on the shower curtain that made it obvious...
