« The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) « The house was amazing with the perfect amount of historical charm that we were looking for!All bedrooms are located upstairs, which made keeping an eye on the kiddos incredibly easy. The views from any of the windows is extraordinary, but the window at the top of the stairs was my personal favorite. Even though the house is located on a somewhat busier road, once inside, you are able to forget the proximity and enjoy the privacy of the home. We stayed here while watching the leaves change...

« Our stay was fantastic. The description was accurate and the property was clean and fully functional. Our only concern before arriving stemmed from some reviews we read that said the AC could be better but we were pleasantly surprised to find AC units in the windows of every sleeping area which kept the entire place more than comfortable. In fact, we stayed the first week in August and actually shut them off while we slept. The photos I've attached were taken just before we checked out. »

The home is immaculate, appointed with the most comfortable beds & generous towels, beach gear (including towels & picnic baskets) & many helpful “in case you forgot” items. Wow - 3.5 baths in a 1800’s home?! We enjoyed the fire pit & outdoor space too! Yes, there’s lots of “stuff” but it’s a neat collection of period appropriate items that - after Day 1 - just made sense. Would...
