"Clean initial impression, but cut short due to major issue (Room 263) We checked into Room 263 (2 queen beds) just before 10:00 PM. Initially, we were satisfied with the visible cleanliness of the room and the excellent customer service at check-in. We put down our things and went out for a few hours, returning just before 2:00 AM to sleep. During the night, my significant other moved to the second queen bed to have a bit more room. When our alarm went off at 6:00 AM, he woke up with large, red, swollen welts across his chest, stomach, back, hips, and buttocks. Suspecting bed bugs from that second mattress, we immediately examined the welts and gathered our things to leave. I slept in the first bed the entire night and did not get any welts, so the issue seems localized to that specific second bed. We checked out early, just before 7:00 AM. Kendrick at the front desk was very kind and professional, handling our early departure well and providing us with the GM's email address to request a full refund. This was our first time staying overnight in Durant, and while the staff was pleasant, waking up with severe welts ruined the experience. I cannot recommend staying here until management thoroughly inspects and treats Room 263."

"The hotel itself and staff were EXCELLENT!!!! super welcoming, helpful, very nice room, and uber clean. However, my only (not even a complaint, but something I wish they would consider is serving breakfast starting at 6:00. We travel a great amount for sports tournaments. We often have to be at venues at 7 o’clock in the morning. Breakfast is a big part of our day so having an earlier breakfast would be extremely extremely beneficial.."

"We stayed one night and it was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was already on at fan maxed out when we got to the room. The toilet was stopped up but could be quickly fixed. One bedside light didn't work which probably made it seem dimly lit in the room. The only charging plugs were in the bathroom although I connected to a powerstrip behind the mini fridge and got a tiny shock on my cheek."
