Presidential Palace Tours and Activities

The driver that came to pick em up from the hotel did not speak one word of English so pickup was very hectic and crazy. If they’re charging $120 for a pickup, I would expect the driver to speak basic English. After an hour of waiting for the hotel to translate with him, I finally was able to find him. Ridiculous!!! What made it worse, was that after a full day of waiting to chat with management about my issue, no one from management spoke to me until i followed up a couple hours before my departure. Will not be staying here ever again!!!

Arrived at Club Le Filaos. Met by a very energetic rep. Super nice. Met with a refreshing local drink. Very delicious. However if safety is an issue, my identity was never verified. Typically we are to show our passports and complete contact cards. My husband and I were ushered to the other resort Hotel Saly. As we were navigating to the other side we were privy to a horrific smell as there was a gigantic septic truck actively siphoning out fecal matter. Watery excrement visible on the ground Truck blocking walkway. Has to be a better way. Not a very good impression.
