I had roaches in my bathroom. They tried charging us tourism tax and VAT tax on two seperate transactions after they took payment for our 3 night stay at check in. The staff was rude and incompetent.

Terrible condition not luxe at all like they said. And took ekstra money say some taxes, amount was 4 times bigger what hotels.com announced. Dont go

Good hotel
It was fine, centrally located, nice balcony overlooking the city. They charged me an extra tax when I checked out even though i showed them it had been paid online.
