« Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! »

« This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. "Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais une réelle déception au petit-déjeuner et une chambre vieillissante Lorsque l’on paie plus de 350 CHF la nuit plus 23 CHF pour la voiture , on s’attend légitimement à une expérience cohérente avec le standing annoncé. Or, découvrir sur la table du petit-déjeuner une pancarte moralisatrice du type « Feed your body, not the trash can. Take what you want to eat, eat all you take. » donne une impression très maladroite, presque culpabilisante pour le client. La lutte contre le gaspillage est un sujet sérieux, mais elle mérite d’être abordée avec élégance et cohérence. D’autant plus que l’état du mobilier — chaises visiblement usées et fatiguées — ne correspond pas au niveau de prix pratiqué. Avant de faire la leçon aux clients, il serait préférable de soigner l’état des installations et l’expérience globale. Le message passerait sans doute mieux. Enfin, il est important de préciser que dans ce bâtiment, les hôtels Ibis Budget, Ibis et Novotel partagent désormais la même réception et la même salle de petit-déjeuner. Tous les clients se retrouvent donc dans un espace commun, indépendamment de la catégorie de l’hôtel réservé. Cette organisation pose clairement question au regard du tarif élevé pratiqué par le Novotel. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par le personnel, souriant, disponible et prêt à rendre service. L’ambiance générale est chaleureuse et conviviale, ce qui met immédiatement à l’aise. La chambre était impeccablement propre et bien équipée. La literie était confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le mini bar à disposition dans la chambre et la petite attention de la bouteille d’eau fraîche pour le départ en voiture. Le petit-déjeuner était un véritable régal, avec un large choix de produits frais, variés et savoureux. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts et tout était préparé avec soin. La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale : proche de tout, mais suffisamment calme pour garantir un séjour reposant. En résumé, un établissement que nous recommandons les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, tranquillité et qualité de service."

"Hôtel Palace magnifique début 20ème. Il a gardé son cachet avec une galerie d’art par étage. Nous y sentons son histoire riche de ces occupants illustres.
