Das Ferienhaus ist in herrlicher Ruhelage mit tollem Ausblick und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub, ohne Trubel, benötigt. Erwähnenswert ist hier, dass das Häuschen über eine gute Dämmung verfügt, so dass man auch bei hohen Aussentemperaturen sehr gut im Schlafbereich direkt unter dem Dach bei angenehmen Temperaturen dort Ruhe findet. Das Häuschen steht auf dem Platz eines kompletten Hofes und ist mittels Umzäunung vom Hof abgetrennt und ermöglicht dadurch - wenn gewünscht - die Anwesenheit von Gänsen, Katzen und Kühen auf den angrenzenden Weiden.
