Beautiful home in the country. About a 25 minute drive to Arkansas stadium with traffic. Greeted with delicious cinnamon rolls! Easy check-in. Great host. Highly recommend.

Host was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. Great home with plenty of room for guests to sit and relax together. Location not too far from UofA - @ 30 min gameday drive.

We booked this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner as we have two family members who are students at UArk. This was a super house for hosting a holiday dinner, and there was room for everyone to spread out in between food. The house has ample living areas plus a nice yard for lawn games and even a party barn for Pickleball. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was ample. We highly recommend this house!

Excellent condition. Well decorated. Top notch amenities including gaming table, games, and fun activities in “party barn”. We were welcomed with delicious cookies, a bag of treats, bag of ice in the freezer and a case of water.
