"An incredible stay at the SANA Sesimbra. My room faced the beach, complete with a balcony. The room itself has a gorgeous midcentury modern hardwood bed with nightstand built-ins, and there is a matching built-in wardrobe, giving the space an elevated, timeless vibe. What really blew me away was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I believed I had lost my wallet in town after I left Sesimbra, the employees walked to the cafe I had been at to see if anyone had turned one in. Truly a perfect hospitality experience."

"Beautiful apartment with stunning view. Well equipped with everything we could need including beach toys for children to play with, lots of towels. Lovely pool. Steep steps to beach (tricky with a buggy) but the bus stopped very close which was handy. Overall a lovely place to stay. Would stay again. "

"Incredible. This is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. The most epic view possible. I looked at all the buildings on the coast and this spot is truly special because it’s on a corner with an open sky and full view of the castle and town and cove. Everything is gorgeous inside and super comfortable. Even better than the photos. Auto grind espresso machine was a dream. Retractable shades. Amazing sound system. Lovely building and staff. Super easy walk to the beach and town in 10 mins. We spent a lot of time just basking on the massive patio enjoying the amazing view. Will be back asap!"

"The host was very helpful. The sound of crashing waves was mezmerizing and the view was marvelous. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only problem was parking our car in the basement... and climbing two flights of stairs."

"I was a bit nervous at first because there’s no reception and the key is left in a dropbox, but the communication and support were fantastic, which made everything super easy. The apartment itself is spotless and has the most breathtaking view over the ocean — with the window open, you can hear the waves rolling onto the beach. There’s a staircase right outside the building that leads straight down to the beach, and within a few minutes you’re in the charming town center. I stayed here for a Spartan Race, and I’ll definitely be booking again next year! The only minor downside, which the accommodation can’t really change, is that the hallways from the elevator are quite dark. The lights only turn on when you walk, and only for a short distance, so it stays a bit dim. However, since you need your electronic key everywhere, even for the elevator, it still feels perfectly safe."

"Difficult to locate property for check in since porperty called Sea Sound Apartment and not Sesimbra Cliffs. Was only able to locate property after Expedia agent contacted owner and told us the property was located at Sesimbra Cliffs. Once we were able to get to property, person showed us all around and very friendly. Nice ocean and city view. Provided no cooking supplies, only a few spice bottles."

"Communication with Carla was fantastic. Really enjoyed her food recommendations, especially Taverna Isaiah's! Definitely the best seafood that I had while I was there and it was all pretty good. Beach was lovely. Town super walkable. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and it was nice to have some coffee pods for the Nespresso already there so I didn't have to make a special trip to the store. The house had everything I needed. It was comfortable and very clean, extremely quiet, and I felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. The balcony was amazing to watch the sunset, and you could hear the waves from the bedroom. Note: The bed in the main bedroom is a double. It was just me in there, and although the mattress was firm, I was comfortable. The room with the bunk beds is not completely separated from the room with the double, and it just has a partial divider, so if you're looking for privacy that would be something to keep in mind. The place was definitely as advertised!"
