Do not use the scale or coffee machine unless you want to lose coins to wish the receptionist will laugh of you instead of offering a solution…"

"paula was very welcoming and answered all our questions! room was ready slightly before check in, which was great help since we arrived from a long flight. room was big, spacious, high ceilings and in a great location. only issue is that being in the central, it can get noisy at night. would book again!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. However, on one of the nights, I noticed a stain on the bedsheets. I requested that they be changed, and the staff promptly took care of it, which I appreciated. Despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially for its convenient location and friendly service."

"Monica embraced us and made us perfectly comfortable during our long stay. The location is lovely and we were very happy that the walk to the beach was as advertised: short, quick and convenient. Estoril is lovely and inspired me to re-read Ian Fleming's Casino Royale, which was inspired in part by the nearby Estoril Casino. We had a grand time and were suitably sad to leave this relaxing paradise."
