Will definitely repeat

Wonderfull experience, huge, extreamly quiet room in a quiet location but a very short walking distance from everything you want to see. If you a looking for new, shiny, modern, this is not a place for you. For us, this was perfect; oldfashioned, luxury, kitch, excellent breakfast and complimentary wine and cheese every afternoon.

We were a family with three small children visiting Praha for th first time. Hotel was centrally located, wonderfully staffed, clean, professional, beautiful and a place we would definitely return to!

This is an elegant, charming and intimate property in a very good location for seeing the sights. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast buffet is lavish. The property is five minutes from the Kampa bridge and a ten minute walk to the Charles bridge. It is sufficiently close to the river to go for a stroll any time of day and also close to the Little Quarter Square with its many restaurants. It is also extremely quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.

It was delightful! This hotel is not a bustling hotel with 300 rooms and a casino, but is quaint and quiet with a very personalized experience. Wonderful hotel

We had a great stay and Will recommend this hotel warmly! We had a warm welcome and the staff in the front desk was very helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Casanova room and it was a very pleasant and nice room! Breakfast was wonderful and we had excellent service every morning! Wine and cheese- tasting in the early evening every day was also very nice! Location is very good, very quiet area but very close to all the things we wanted to discover! We also went to visit the Spa at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and that was nice to have included!

When booking we thought spa and pool were included on site not in the sister hotel. Fire escape route is bia dtsirs only so if fire is on lower level you are trapped. No in room facilities for tea coffee.

Nice property but front desk service needs help

The woman who checked me in and checked me out was friendly and competent. But the person who tends the front desk in the evening had little knowledge of anything, nor any interest in finding out the answers to questions. The desk was mostly unattended while this individual smoked outside the main entrance and talked on a mobile phone. The other woman who tended the reception in the morning/daytime was impolite and not eager to help.

This was a gem of a hotel in the historic “lesser town” of Prague, steps away from the Charles bridge and other historic sites. The staff was friendly and helpful always. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive and the wine and cheese in the afternoons was a delightful bonus. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
