### Charming Cottage with Private Courtyard, Wifi, and Parking in Peaceful Countryside

Access to the cottage is via three steps or at ground level through the former garage. The entrance opens onto a living room with a dining area, a sofa, and kitchen facilities. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and an en-suite shower room/WC.  
  
Access to an adjoining room (pantry) houses the freezer and shared washing machine.  
  
Fiber optic internet access is available via Wi-Fi repeater.  
  
Baby equipment includes a cot and high chair.  
  
This is a non-smoking cottage. Heating is available at an extra cost in winter.  
  
Outside: a private 30m² area within a shared enclosed courtyard of 300m². A carport and parking are available on site.  
  
Close to the Vélidéale cycle route. This bright and functional ground-floor rental is attached to farm buildings and the owners' secondary residence. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, with numerous hiking trails nearby and heritage walks to enjoy in Verteuil-sur-Charente, a charming small town.  
  
The price includes: Rental, bed linens, kitchen linens, and towels.  
  
The price does not include: Tourist tax, cleaning, heating, and pet supplement.
