"Pros: Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern, es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so braucht in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, ruhig mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Ich habe jeden morgen den Sonnenaufgang bei einem guten Kaffee genossen. Man braucht aber ein Auto da das Haus etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes liegt. Es hat zwei schöne Strände in der Nähe. "Pros: Die Villa Maria liegt wunderbar direkt an einem großen Sandstrand. Eigentlich sogar an mehreren, die sich direkt aneinanderreihen. Wir waren im April da und es war absolut tote Hose (genau das wollten wir aber auch!). An den meisten Tagen hatten wir diese wahnsinnigen Strände komplett für uns. "Pros: Das Haus die Anlage wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr,Pfannen und alles andere ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Leider ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und man musste durch ein Schlafzimmer davor durch. Bei dem Preis finde ich persönlich 20 € für Bettwäsche und nochmals 20 € für Handtücher zuviel."

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Villenviertel auf dem Hügel mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und die Isla Tavolara. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und beheimatet 4 Schildkröten. Immer aufpassen bevor man losfährt -) Sie liegen gerne im Schatten unter dem Auto. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht um tolle erholsame Ferien zu verbringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Die Schneidemesser in der Küche könnten schärfer sein."

"Staff was wonderful at check in and let us check in super early due to the rain storm. The decor was top notch Italian midcentury style furniture, lighting and built in features. Spotless every where. A true gem. The breakfast was scrumptious with a large variety of eggs bacon mushrooms salad cheese ham bread cereal etc. "

"The resort location is remote with not too much other options ion the area. the beach area was very nice and comfortable. The food at the buffet was not very good and there was little to do at night. were the close to the end of season and the resort was shutting down so that may have a lot to do with the lack of options. "

"Such a beautiful property in such a beautiful location. It is so peaceful. Lovely pool and surrounding area. The beach is amazing and close by. "It’s a really beautiful place. Pools were a super addition and their private beach was beautiful. They offered a free shuttle to the beach which was helpful as it’s about a 20 min walk from the rooms. The onsite restaurant is really great and they offer take away which was handy as sometimes we wanted to stay in the room and relax. We had the pleasure of staying in a small cabin and it was gorgeous for a couple of romantic nights with my partner. It was quiet, great bathroom and comfy bed. Very clean and a beautiful sea view. The only downside is the check in time of 5pm. We arrived early and they did allow us to use the facilities whilst we waited, and said we would be contacted if the room was ready before, it wasn’t. Which seemed quite long but it was still okay. Check out is 10am which seems crazy for a 5pm check in. That’s the only downside. Really great stay. Would stay again."
