"Pros: Die herzliche Gastgeberin hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Die neue hübsche & gemütliche Wohnung ist wirklich sauber, modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt auch eine kleine Terrasse davor mit Blick auf den heimischen Berg. Der Hof (Spielsachen) kann mit benutzt werden und die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt daneben. Sie liegt sehr zentral, so kann man auch problemlos fußläufig Restaurants besuchen. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können es nur weiterempfehlen :) Cons:...

"Pros: The spacious apartment with air conditioning and nice shower facility Cons: Practical necessities like toilet paper, bath towels or bin bags were in short supply in comparison to other accommodations we stayed in. One single roll of toilet paper, one bath towel and one small plastic bag for 2 people for 3 days was very tight. "Una mansarda deliziosa, ben curata e con tutti i comforts. Ottima anche per relax. Il mare, bellissimo manco a dirlo, dista a circa 6 km ed è facile da raggiungere. Siniscola è un paese tranquillo e la casa è ben collegata per chi desiderasse fare belle gite giornaliere come abbiamo fatto noi visitando anche molti fra i luoghi più famosi. "Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An alles für einen entspannten Urlaub wurde gedacht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Geschehen..Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto…Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick..Die Übergabe war gut, da die sympathische Frau nur italienisch konnte , mit Händen und Füßen. Aber hat geklappt. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren."

"Schöne einsame Lage, für uns als Naturliebhaber genau das richtige. Wir bewohnten den östlichen Teil des Hauses. In westlichen war niemand untergebracht. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses mit elektrischen Geräten wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage. Pietro war täglich da um am Haus oder im Olivenhain zu arbeiten. Sein eigenes Öl ist empfehlenswert. Die kleine Hündin aus dem Zwinger ist unseren Kindern ans Herz gewachsen und wir haben sie immer raus gelassen. Von der Lage des Hauses...

"It’s a really beautiful place. Pools were a super addition and their private beach was beautiful. They offered a free shuttle to the beach which was helpful as it’s about a 20 min walk from the rooms. The onsite restaurant is really great and they offer take away which was handy as sometimes we wanted to stay in the room and relax. We had the pleasure of staying in a small cabin and it was gorgeous for a couple of romantic nights with my partner. It was quiet, great bathroom and comfy bed. Very clean and a beautiful sea view. The only downside is the check in time of 5pm. We arrived early and they did allow us to use the facilities whilst we waited, and said we would be contacted if the room was ready before, it wasn’t. Which seemed quite long but it was still okay. Check out is 10am which seems crazy for a 5pm check in. That’s the only downside. Really great stay. Would stay again."
