You can hear everything - my first night I got up and complained because the room directly above was using a vacuum or a mechanical air pump at 11:30 pm. I did appreciate their still/sparkling water dispenser that included flavor waters in the lobby. The location was great - a short walk to bakeries and restaurants in a quiet part of Beverly Hills. So much potential but some small amenities you’d expect at a boutique hotel in BH were lacking.
