« Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, der Strand und die Stadt sind in nullkommanix erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, an Küchenutensilien ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, was besonders im Sommer hilfreich ist. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserhahn außen, mit dem man sich die Füße abwaschen kann, wenn man vom Strand kommt. Viel Stauraum, großzügige Zimmer -- wirklich ganz toll. Die Vermieterin (Caterina) ist auch total nett und nutzt den Google...

« Het appartement ligt op 4 km omhoog vanaf het strand. Het is de benedenverdieping van een groter huis. Inrit achter een metalen poort met afstandstandbediening waar je je wagen veilig kan parkeren. Je kan er buiten eten aan een ronde tafel. Eigen inkom via schuifdeur waar je de goed uitgeruste keuken binnenstapt. Daarachter heb je de slaapkamer vanwaar je ook de badkamer binnenstapt met douche, lavabo, bidet en wasmachine. Zo'n 50 meter hoger ligt een goede pizzeria. Enig minpuntje is het...

« Appartement très spacieux avec ses deux chambres avec vue mer. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Au pied de l’hôtel il y a les plages et il est à 10mn à pied de la vieille ville. Les personnes à l’accueil parlent français et sont très gentils. Je le conseille sans hésitation !!! »

Vous devez juste sortir de l'hôtel pour vous retrouver en quelques secondes au bord de la mer L'accueil est agréable et le personnel est là pour faciliter votre arrivée et votre séjour La chambre que nous avions choisie était au 5eme étage, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir les arbres devant la vue mer La vue est impressionnante La chambre est spacieuse, la literie excellente, et le linge de maison, très agréable Dans la salle de bains, tous les produits dont vous avez besoin sont à votre disposition Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffets est très complet, est délicieux Le menu proposé au dîner est très varié, et les plats sont excellents Il y a également un bar pour relaxer À cette période, la plage privée n'est pas ouverte Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour au bord de la mer à Alassio"

"Personnel tres courtois et disponible en particulier Laura.Hotel vetuste et dans son jus qui aurait besoin de beaucoup de renovations, ascenseur, carrelage, peinture, humidité, moisissure , decoration, meubles, tout est vieux, abimé et obsoléte. Chambre tres petite (à peine la place pour faire le tour du lit) avec couverture en laine à l'ancienne.Le petit dejeuner moyen et la salle du petit dejeuner en rez de jardin sans lumiere sans vue. L'unique point positif, nous avions une vue mer de notre chambre magnifique au reveil le matin."
