The location was great and we really enjoyed our stay. However, we were under the impression that Porto Moment Apartments would be an apartment complex with a main lobby/reception area, more similar to a hotel, so we faced some disappointments. We stayed in the studio and the entrance to the room was directly off the street. In other words, the front door from the street opens directly to the middle of the studio. This made us feel unsafe, especially as women in a foreign country. We were also incredibly disappointed that there was no way to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The lack of some basic amenities was also disappointing (specifically, no iron).
Overall, there was nothing wrong with our stay. We were just disappointed that it was not what it was marketed to be.
