Everything would have been fine except the check in. We (family of 4) arrived to a cold and unprofessional staff member. She questioned why we only had 2 people on the reservation. I said why would we book a 3 bedroom suite for 2 people. She said it would have cost more if I said for 4 people. I did say I had emailed the day of the booking once I realized I had booked for 2 people. In the end, I said I would pay the difference. She only charged us extra for the daily tax amount. However, the damage was done. Working in human services, there is a way to talk to people (including body language/non verbal gestures), especially in customer service. We definitely did not feel welcomed upon our check in.

It’s very important for us to know what our Guest’s think, but we also need to defend our job.Unfortunately, as you did in your reservation, we receive a lot of reservations for 2 people and then, at the moment of check-in, we’re confronted with 4 or 5 people. As we hope you understand, is not the same to accommodate 2 or 4 people in one apartment. We have more expenses of water and electricity. We also have to provide more towels (what we have made) and, consequently wash/dry them as long as the extra bed sheets that you used.All those extra expenses were not included in the price that you have paid. You say that you have emailed us giving the information of the number of people but, the true is that we never received an email with that information neither from you or from the channel through where you have booked. The only email that we received from you, was the one saying that you would arrive earlier than check-in time.The receptionist that you say that it was cold and unprofessional with you, was the same that allowed you to enter earlier than check-in time, the one that gave you extra towels for free and the one that didn’t charge you more for the extra 2 Guest’s when she had orders to do it. We’re very sorry to know that you didn’t feel welcomed but, working in customer service, sometimes, can be a true challenge.Hope we can make better if we have the chance to welcome you again. Our favourite thing was the room and the outdoor area. We had a standard loft with a street view and it was a great size. The outdoor area was very quiet a great space to relax in after a day in the city. We didn’t use the pool but it didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, there were quite a few leaves floating on it which let it down as the rooms were really clean. The hotel was further away from the main sites than we thought (about 20 minutes walk to the main sites in Porto, 30 minutes walk from the river) but we didn’t mind the walk at all as there was lots to see on the way. We also got a really cheap taxi on night when we didn’t feel up to the walk so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall we’d really recommend the hotel for a great value relaxing stay. Porto the city was fantastic too!

This is a great Hotel! Very clean and very quiet. Perfect accommodation for a Porto City trip. Nice garden, perfect for relaxation after returning from the busy city. Btw one of the best breakfast ever! Joana and her team are doing a great job!

Good location. Well appointed accommodation and well stocked kitchenette. Very convenient to have on site laundry. My only gripe was there were quite a few dead bees/wasps in the pool.

Lovely property with friendly, helpful staff. No road noise, although its a fairly busy street leading straight into town. Easy walking distance, safe area. Nothing to dislike. Wish we'd had longer at the property to relax in the lovely pool area.

Fantastic apartments & welcoming staff!
We had a great stay and the apartment was so cosy and comfortable! The staff are so nice and welcoming! The gym was an important aspect of our stay and it exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed and was all new equipment and very clean! We will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend!

Interesting place!
Super cool, very interesting property. The outdoor space was a huge plus. The inside was a little cramped and not as luxe as I expected but did the trick. Bed was super small... oh Europe!

Beautiful Apartment amazing service great location
Beautiful apartments and only a 10min walk to the city centre and 20 min walk to the Douro river. The team couldnt do enough for us and the service was excellent. The pool was lovely in between our sight seeing and day trips. Cant recomend these apartments enough.

Luxurious modern property in a Central location
Luxurious modernized property at a Central location. Walking distance to nice monuments and just a 30 min walk to the Infante area where the downtown area, monuments, trams, bridges and boat rides are. The property is newly built, or in a great condition just like a new one. All basic ameneties are included. I really loved the Loft concept of our apartment and the terracing concept for sitting outside and the pool is very peaceful. Great cooked meals available to buy incase you dont wanna go out. Above all, Marta is a wonderful host and explained us everything about the property, things to do in Porto, showed us locations on the map and recommended good restaurants too I would totally recommend this place..

Our stay was just wonderful. The apartment was modern and spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment is located at the top end of a busy tourist area so be prepared to walk 20mins to get anywhere. We would definitely return

Highly recommended accommodations in Porto
We stayed in the one bedroom apartment facing the pool. The accommodations had everything you could need for cooking although we ate at restaurants most of the time. The hotel apartments opened in December 2018. Everything is clean and modern. Marta and Patrycja were exceptional hosts. Very helpful with suggestions on where to visit and arranging taxes. The building is located on one of the busiest streets in Porto but further up the hill from the crowds. The building was very quite which made it easy to sleep. The pool area is nice with lots of chairs for relaxing. We would definitely return to these units if we go back to Porto.

I can't highly recommend these apartments enough. They deserve a 5* rating the apartment 303 stunning every amenity you would require for a visit to Porto. We received a very warm welcome & explained everything we needed to know. Prior to arrival we were offered a pick up from the airport from a 3rd party highly recommend this service. It is perfectly located just a short walk from one of the busiest shopping streets.

Die Räume wurden nicht gereinigt. Das Appartmement hatte keine 110 m² wie angegeben. Es sei denn, man hat den Balkon mit eingerechnet.

Tolle Unterkunft und Ruhepool in Porto
Super Service, freundlich und kompetent. Tolles Appartement und das leckere Frühstück stand morgens pünktlich vor der Tür. Einen besseren Ort in Stadtnähe mit Schwimmbad und gemütlichen Ruheecken kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.
