Please note that access to the property is via a one-way uphill road, which may be a bit challenging for some guests. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs. The apartment features a cozy mezzanine with a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort., providing a unique and intimate sleeping space The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property also offers access to a shared pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and soak up the sun with your loved one. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a fantastic location for exploring the area. Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find the world-renowned Port Wine Cellars, including iconic names like Caves Ferreira, Sandeman, and Graham's. These cellars offer fascinating guided tours and tastings, allowing you to explore the region's winemaking heritage. The property is also within walking distance of the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects Vila Nova de Gaia with Porto. Along the Ribeira de Gaia, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll by the river, lined with charming restaurants, cafes, and bars, all while taking in stunning views of Porto across the water. This beautiful garden provides panoramic vistas of Porto and the Douro River, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. For a unique experience, take a ride on the Vila Nova de Gaia Cable Car, which offers a bird’s-eye view of the area as it ascends from the riverside to the Jardim do Morro. If you’re in the mood for some retail therapy, the El Corte Inglés Gaia, a large department store, is just a short drive away, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, for beach lovers, Praia de Lavadores is just a 10-15 minute drive from the property, providing a serene escape to the coast. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, General Torres, is just an 8-minutes walk. Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Absolutely no place to hang bath towels, and they are old and.frayed. No coffee pods for machine. Shower has mold. Pretty good location relative to reataurants, some shops, and activities. Very very difficult to access by car, as it is on a very steep one-way street with virtually no parking but is a 5 minute walk to a good parking garage (General Torres @ 6 Eris/day). ##### Mike V.
