Perfect for our stay in Porto. Walking distance to tourist sites but in a quieter area. The accommodations, amenities and service at the hotel were 5 star quality. This would be my go-to if I returned to Porto.

Luxurious hotel with all the amenities and comforts. It’s close to the local attractions but just away from the maddening crowd which makes it peaceful. We thorough enjoyed our stay there and would recommend our friends to stay there while in Porto.

This hotel was quite lovely. It’s clearly undergone a renovation so the rooms still have the essence of 90s in the bathrooms- but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet and dark. We did experience difficulty with our air conditioning (it would not get colder than 23°!) but they sent an engineer to adjust, and while it never got to the temperature we had hoped, it was just fine. The restaurant-Origin was absolutely fabulous! Location is amazing as well and felt very safe. Would recommend!

The hotel is lovely and the breakfast buffet fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is very central but it is still quiet. A little oasis in busy Porto. Can only recommend it.

An absolutely unreal property from start to finish in the heart of Porto. The staff, facilities and food have all exceeded expectations for our 3 night stay. Nothing has been too much hassle and the staff are always courteous and going about their jobs with smiles on their faces. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed and the bathrooms and their amenities are really lovely. The spa and pool are fabulous and the outdoor area, for being in a city is so peaceful. 5*s to this 5*

I Dont think there is a bad thing I can say about this property. It was exceptionally clean, rooms where beautiful and had everything you could need. Staff where excellent. The highlight has to be the spa area with the heated pool which has doors that open if you fancy going outside for a swim.

Beautiful hotel, with spectacular service. Dining room staff were very well trained, and very friendly. Our only issue was with temperature regulation of shower, which they were working to fix. Memorable stay.

Great location, rooms, service, and food!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the GA Palace. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered, and requests were addressed immediately. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea offerings. The pool and spa amenities (sauna and steam room) were also spotless and nice to take advantage of during our stay! The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot - and you can easily call a taxi or Uber if you prefer. We stayed in a bridge view room with balcony and it was lovely. Will highly recommend to family/friends for future visits.

We learned that the hotel opened just past August. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff all around. Great breakfast too. Room is spacious and comfortable. We loved it!!
