Loved our time in Porto! This was a spacious apartment and it was great that we could park and leave our car. You don’t need a car in Porto! It was so close to the market! Everything is close!

Nice and new apartment in Porto. Huge private terrace for summer overlooking Alegria street. Ideal for couples or small family. New, clean, full kitchen, good location one block from Main Street and few minutes from riverfront (15?). Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall one black away. Communication was great, Eva welcomed us and gave us a map and explained main city highlights, restaurants, etc. Some things to consider, parking entrance is very narrow, if you are driving a small or mid size car is ok, big SUVs will not go thru. Similar to other apartments we stayed in Portugal and Spain, electric Water heater is very small (about 20 gallons) and takes ages to heat. 2 short showers and it runs out for about 30 minutes. Apartment upstairs had a family and kids running / jumping noise transfers. I would recommend based on location and amenities.

The property is convenient to the center, located a 10-minute walk from Sao Bento station. It was easy to find by car and covered parking was available. The internet was fast. The staff is professional and friendly. You need to arrange a meeting time and if you don’t have mobile service, you will need to give a precise arrival time. The bed was an American full size and there is a €15 charge to get 2 sheets for the sofa bed. The walls are thin. There is no air conditioning. No safe. Balcony overlooks parking lot. Port wine tour and tasting is offered—arrange in advance. We were told about it when we arrived but there were no tours available when we tried to arrange.

Apartment was very comfortable. Lighting was good, bed was good. Location was great. The bed is in a loft with a steep ladder to get there. Not suitable for elderly or unfit guests. They could have provided coffee for both days of our stay, not just one?

The apartment was nice and was in a good location. The person who met us to check in was friendly and very helpful. Things that were off putting included having to pay 15euro "for "the additional option of checking in" after 9pm. There is a coffee machine- it would be nice if more than two coffee pods for the entire stay were provided. Enough shower gel for more than one day would also be nice and normal practice. The terrace was very nice.

Great location and lovely staff
Stayed here before but opted for the “loft” room this time. Be aware that although this apartment is on the top floor of the building there is another strange staircase to access the loft bed. This may be an issue depending on your age and/or physical capabilities. This “loft” is also on the flight path so this could be an issue noisewise. As we arrived after 9pm there is a late check in fee or a taxi can be organised from the airport which includes the late check in fee and we opted for this which went very smoothly and quickly. Silicone seal around the shower needs replaced. The rear of the bathroom door badly needed a clean as it was covered in drips etc., The complimentary port and coffee was very welcome. No voucher this time for a tour of the port wineries was offered. Really nice eateries nearby. Good WiFi. Pleasant stay and would consider returning.

위치/청결함은 good, 소음은 worst
오래된 목조건물인 탓인지 밤 10-12시에도 층간소음이 너무 심해서 잠을 잘 수가 없었음. 현관문 또한 방음이 전혀되지 않음. 윗집에서 대화 소리를 들을 수 있을 정도임. 하지만 화장실 등 청결함에 대해선 만점.

Situata in una posizione centrale, a due passi dal Mercado do Bolhão e dalla fermata della metropolitana. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, lo staff è stato molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. La casa molto pulita e in ordine, l’unica pecca è che i muri sono abbastanza sottili, quindi senti tutto quello che fanno i vicini di casa. Oltre a questo, è un ottimo appartamento!!! Obrigada

Schönes Apartment in günstiger Ausgangslage
Das Apartment war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war riesig, leider ohne Aussicht und an einer lauten Straße. Im Bad gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kosmetikuntensilien. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Portwein. Das Apartment liegt absolut günstig in der Nähe vom Bolhao Markt und der Metrostation.
