"We had a fantastic stay at Joana's appartment. We were a family of 5 ( 3 adults and 2 children). The check in process was very smooth and trouble free. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but Joana was waiting outside of the appartment when we arrived. We were given a tour or the appartment. It was lovely and very clean. Fantastic facilities in the appartment if you want to go self catering....but there are alot of lovely restaurants all in walking distance too. The apartment is on the beach. So...

"Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. Na 2 dagen ging deze weer kapot, maar is daarna niet meer gemaakt. De wasmachine begaf het ook tijdens onze vakantie, maar werd binnen een paar dagen vervangen...

"The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. Communication was excellent despite some technical difficulty with our phone once we arrived in Spain. Thankfully a kind tourist gave us his personal hotspot to at least get us to the apartment. "Great location, great room!!!! Door lock had an issue, fixed but had to slam all week. Front desk staff not great. Asked for an extra night and was told to wait to the following day as reservation staff had gone home. Be aware there is no early or late food or drinks and they invalidate your room key before the 11 am checkout"

"A great day! Beautiful outdoor pool – there was always space in the area. A great Bar with amazing staff – front desk and Night Shift worker was amazing as well very helpful! Decent food too it was nice! Main thing I would change is having a wider spread of eating times. And about that went on till later."

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Octopus. Simple room but has everything you need for the price. Bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned daily, big walk in shower with great water pressure. There is no wardrobe but there is a rack with hangers. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs is absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced, staff are also very friendly. Best part of it all is the location! Right at the main part of Can Picafort and literally steps from the beach and all the restaurants. I saw some reviews regarding noise but that was not what I had during my stay at all, no noises at night, very quiet. I would recommend 100% and will come back!"
