    The Space:

    Welcome to a smartly designed tiny home near the Alberta Arts District. The main level makes efficient use of a compact footprint with a sitting area, dining/work table, kitchen, full bathroom, and in-unit laundry.



    The queen bed is in a compact sleeping loft reached by steep/compact stairs. The loft entry has very low clearance, so guests need to duck and move carefully when getting in and out. This is not a good fit for guests with mobility concerns, difficulty with stairs, or fear of heights.



    The kitchen includes a coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and basic tools for simple meals at home. A mini-split provides A/C and heat for everyday comfort.
