When we were designing the layout of the houses we aimed to make large open spaces for groups to be in as well as smaller intimate spaces for a few people to connect in. I’m so happy that the house is worked well for your work team. It is nice to have the ability to have lots of space for privacy, and also larger gatherings. Sorry the heating wasn’t perfect when you arrived. In those swing seasons, it’s sometimes hard to know. One day could be 80 degrees the next 60. Glad it was resolved quickly. A big family reunion spanning the ages is exactly how we always saw the houses being used. With larger space for all to be in together and little private spots for smaller intimate gatherings. So happy you enjoyed the set up and the wonderful benefits of the neighborhood.

Fantastic review! We love catering to large groups as we know how hard it is to find places to gather. When we began the company we knew the locations had to be in the heart of Portland's unique neighborhoods. We know how key walking to visit shops, dine and bars is, so both of our locations are ideal and simple strolls to all the fun!

Glad you found the property really nice and happy I was able to offer you an early check in and late check out for your stay. The front house smell I honestly have no idea what you smelled. This is the first comment of smell I have heard. The house was fulled gutted and remodeled 10 years ago, so it's really a new interior of a historic home. Thanks for staying with us!
