As you step inside, you're welcomed by a spacious living room featuring plush seating and a large HD LED TV, perfect for relaxing evenings and streaming your favorite shows. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the fully renovated kitchen, dining area, and family room, making it easy for everyone to stay connected. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, the home is entirely on one level—ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs.  
  
The home includes three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a peaceful haven, complete with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The property itself was fine but there were a few things that needed attention. The AC didn’t work, (3 days) bedrooms could use ceiling fans, front bath shower needs attention, back door wouldn’t stay closed unless locked.(no striker plate) Beds were comfortable House was nice. #### Great Area, Super Nice Host and BIG Area for Families!

Our overall stay was good and appreciated the host, the area was safe and close to everything. Our only gripe would be \*i’d say some of our fault\* dog hair on clean sheets and couches. Though like I said I saw pet friendly, though there is a charge. It should cleaner we think, could be just us. Some outlets are loose and not working when we did try to plug in electronics. Dryer is seriously LOUD! At least there’s a solid door. And hallway bathroom shower needs some attention, to turn it on was difficult because it was extremely loose. Probably loose behind wall. Overall it was nice!

#### Cozy and Quiet

This house was so warm, cozy snd relaxing. It was very peaceful and quiet and we really enjoyed our short stay. Definitely would recommend and great to have two separate living areas in case kids want to watch their own tv and parents have their own entertainment and tv area. Very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

#### Perfect for a large family

We stayed here for a family vacation, with us was our 9 year old and 7 month old. It was a nice accommodation to see a high chair in the kitchen. Rooms and beds were very nice. 2 living rooms to entertain in. We watched movies, played games, and just enjoyed each others company. Well stocked kitchen! We dont have a single complaint everything was wonderful, including checking in/out. We received text messages from propery manager checking in on us which was nice as well.

#### A great place to gather after stressful days!

My 2 sisters, niece and myself had the opportunity to stay at the Peppertree Ranch while helping our elderly parents move into a care home, and it was SO nice to come back to the house at the end of the day to relax, spend time together and discuss ongoing things that we still needed to accomplish! We utilized pretty much the whole house, and had no complaints!

#### Baby Shower Weekend

This was just the ext place for my sister, niece and me to stay while hosting a baby shower in wine country this past weekend. We loved bed having our own bedrooms and that my daughter lived close by. We had the room to host her and her girlfriend for dinner on Saturday evening. Thank you so much for sharing your home.
