Note that there may be noise; earplugs and a noise machine are available for your comfort!



The Space:

Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this apartment exudes unique charm while preserving the original features and woodwork from its century-old building.



The cozy and relaxed living room is flooded with natural light from new windows, featuring a comfy couch perfect for kicking back. Rainy days are ideal for cuddling up and watching movies on the 65” LED flat-screen TV, with cable, Netflix access, and blazing-fast WiFi for streaming. Bedrooms also have 55” UHD flat-screen TVs, so you can continue your binge-watching in bed.



Portland boasts one of the best “Foodie” scenes in the country, but for nights when you prefer to dine in, the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a spacious island provides ample space to prepare a world-class meal. Plus, there’s a Whole Foods just a few blocks away.



After a day of walking, shopping, and eating, you’ll love coming home to the comfy memory foam queen-size beds in each bedroom. Each room has its own mini-split A/C and heat pump unit, ensuring everyone can sleep at their perfect temperature.

What you see is what you get! The guest will have private access to the entire apartment, but only 2 of the 4 bedrooms are available to be used. There is no outdoor space. The washer and dryer are accessed in the shared utility room on site.
